All orders placed with The Yarn Market Place will be shipped within 24 hours, barring natural disasters or backorders.  You should receive your product via UPS within 7 to 10 days of the date of purchase.  To prevent unexpected delays due to backordered products, please indicate on your order form whether you would like your order held until it is complete or shipped incomplete, with backordered products to follow as they become available.  Should your order be shipped incomplete, no extra shipping charges will be incurred.  We strive to fill all backorders as quickly as possible when they occur.

Our first priority here at the Yarn Market Place is customer satisfaction.  If you feel that your order has been shipped incorrectly, please contact us and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.  In cases of products that are mis-ordered by the customer, the customer may return the item to the manufacturer for a replacement.  The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, plus a 10% restocking fee on the mis-ordered item.  In the event of a shipping error, the customer may contact the manufacturer or Yarn Market Place customer service for a replacement of the item in question at absolutely no additional cost to the customer.
